Joe began his career in Human Resources 25 years ago as an HR Co-Ordinator working for a well known Security Services organisation.

Since then, he has worked in a number of different organisations in both operational and strategic HR roles, mainly within manufacturing in the aerospace and food industries, but also with a 4 year stint in facilities management all at a senior level.

During his time in manufacturing, Joe has developed a wealth of experience, skill and knowledge by having led teams in Human Resources, NPD and Continuous Improvement which has given him completely different and unique mind and skillset to any role he’s undertaken.

Joe is passionate about his business and people, and in driving the People agenda and strategy across the group.
