Laura is a strategic communications professional with broad experience across facilities services, retail, the NHS and the third sector. Specialising in corporate communications, leadership, coaching and culture change, Laura also has experience working with media and in times of crisis.

For the past six and a half years Laura has worked for Homes for Students, the UK’s leading student accommodation provider. Supporting 60,000k+ residents per year transition to university-life takes an army of over 1,300 colleagues based in over 250 buildings and 55 towns and cities. Through their award-winning platform ‘Connect’, Laura and her team deliver a multi-channel communication, reward and benefits initiatives and work hard to listen to the team’s feedback, aiming to improve just a little bit every day.
