With over 25 years’ HR experience in media and broadcasting at Johnston Press, emap radio, Bauer Media, and Channel 4 (since 2020), I deliver both strategic and operational HR management.
I design and implement learning, development, and internal coaching programmes, became an accredited mediator in 2023, and serve as the Channel 4 menopause champion, promoting manager training on menopause in the workplace.
