Stella Gavinho is a global wellbeing leader with 13 years' experience building strategy at scale for organisations including FTSE 100 business Entain and international healthcare group Bupa. She sees wellbeing as one of the biggest levers an organisation can pull for high performance, and embeds it across the employee lifecycle, leadership behaviours, business operations and people development, leading through lean central teams and strong country networks. Under her leadership, Entain moved from Tier 3 to Tier 1 on the CCLA Corporate Mental Health Benchmark.
