Joe, who joined Princes 16 years ago, leads an HR team of 90 providing HR services to a rapidly growing business with around 7,500 colleagues at 15 locations in the UK and overseas across a full range of commercial and operational functions.
Joe has been responsible for spearheading various people-driven initiatives, including a new employer brand ‘Our Princes – Our People’, which contributed to Princes winning the Employer of the Year award at the Grocer Awards 2021.
