Wingate is a highly respected award-winning Employee Benefit consultancy and benefit scheme management firm, based in the southeast with national client coverage.

With roots back to the 1970’s and in our current guise since 2002, we have grown consistently over the years, whilst maintaining the personal touch to ensure we sustain our values and service standards.

Our focus is on SME businesses, with employee headcounts up to 1,000 a speciality, but also advise and support much larger headcount organisations who are looking for a more personal, bespoke service experience.
