The Recharge Zone
Take a break from learning and browsing to recharge yourself, your phone or tablet. The Recharge Zone includes free charging stations and the option to buy a seated massage. Getting you refreshed and ready to re-start your visit.
Massage Zone
From 1 April, base pay rates for all store team members, regardless of age, will increase from £10 per hour to at least £10.70 per hour. More experienced baristas will see an uplift from £10.53 to at least £11.23 per hour, depending on location and role.
NHS Business Services Authority becomes
menopause-friendly employer
NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has achieved menopause-friendly accreditation from organisation Henpicked: Menopause In The Workplace.
In order to receive accreditation, the NHSBSA presented evidence to an independent panel, outlining its effectiveness in terms of culture, policies and practices, training, engagement, facilities and evaluation.
