Employee Benefits Live is a free to attend, business to business event.

Visitor entry is open to directors and in-house professionals responsible for HR, reward, benefit, compensation, employee engagement, motivation and pensions etc.

Sales, marketing or similar representatives of service providers or suppliers will not be permitted visitor entry.

To apply for your visitor pass please complete the registration form by following the link below. Once received, your application will be reviewed by our team who will confirm whether or not it has been successful. Please allow a few working days for this. We advise you not to make travel or accommodation reservations until your visitor entry has been confirmed.

When registering, applications must include a valid business email address. Please do not apply using a Gmail, Hotmail or other generic email address, as these will be rejected automatically.

If you are a senior director or in-house HR professional and a budget holder for procuring your organisation’s employee benefit, reward or pension solutions you may apply for a VIP visitor pass.
