A reward professional with over 12 years of experience specifically in reward, and over 18 years of overall HR experience. Aaron has worked for multi-national, multi-layered organisations such as Willis Towers Watson and Jaguar Land Rover, and is currently working at Birmingham City Council the largest local authority in Europe. Those three employers have a combined workforce of well over 100,000 employees worldwide with a full spectrum of diversity and a great deal to consider when it comes to inclusivity. Aaron began his reward career journey on the operational side and as his skills, knowledge and experience grew, he moved into the managerial and strategic side.
