Joanna Scott is the Head of People Services at the UK Infrastructure Bank (UKIB). In her current role, she oversees reward, benefits, and the talent acquisition and HR operations functions for the Bank. UKIB is proud to have build a Bank which is ‘diverse by design’, and the reward and benefit structure has been designed and built to underpin this philosophy. Joanna started her career at Capita, specialising in the HR, pension and benefit aspects of mergers and acquisitions across a variety of sectors. Prior to joining UKIB, Joanna was Head of HR Operations for Nobia and Reward and Performance Manager for Link Group. In addition to her role at UKIB, Joanna serves as a Trustee Director for a Defined Contribution (DC) pension scheme, which is currently transitioning to a master trust arrangement. Her comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of pension mergers and the importance of employee engagement is key to supporting the transition.
